CHECK-IN INFORMATION
Check-in time: 02.00 pm
Check-out time: 11.30 am
ALL RATES ARE PER ROOM PER NIGHT.
A minimum stay of 3 nights is required for the arrivals from 21 December until 20 January.
All rates are subject to change without notice and are quoted in Thai Baht.
All rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and 7% VAT.
An additional bonus includes daily American breakfast.
All rates are for single/double occupancy.
Only 1 child 0 10 years old sharing room with parent WITHOUT extra bed is FOC.
A compulsory ABF Baht 180 net per child will be applied for child 1 10 years.
Credit cards will be authorized at check-in for the amount of ฿4,000 for any incidentals. The authorization will hold the funds until check out. If there are not any incidentals during your stay, Authorized amounts may take up to 15 to 30 days after departure to be released by your bank or financial institution.
** All rooms are Non-Smoking room**

Cancellation Policies |
|
YOU HAVE AGREED TO THE FOLLOWING BOOKING CONDITIONS:
- Any cancellations received less than 21 day(s) before arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee, in the amount of 1 night(s) charge for a daily rate, and 20% in the amount of monthly or weekly rate. Failure to arrive at the hotel will be treated as a late cancellation.
This will incur 1 night(s) cancellation fee.
- Any cancellations received less than 21 day(s) before arrival during peak season period(s)
(1 December to 31 January) will be subject to NO REFUND.
- Cancellations received prior to the period(s) mentioned above will incur a processing fee of 5% of the amount of the deposit or Baht. 600 (whichever is greater).
- Please be advised that unused nights will not be refunded and full period charges will apply.
- We display all the hotel specific Cancellation Policies applicable to the period of a booking.
- When a cancellation is made, our credit agents will manually apply the appropriate policy, based on period, proximity to arrival date.
- We must be notified of all cancellations within our normal office hours (GMT+7).
